Officer

Timothy M. Adams to the position of chief operations
officer. In his new position, Adams will be responsible
for the day-to-day operations of the company. He will
be working closely with the executive management team

Creighton, GeoTrust's CEO, to focus his time on company
strategy and be more available in the industry and
with customers. Previously, Adams held the positions
of chief financial officer at GeoTrust and at Digex,
Inc. and was the VP of business operations at GTE
Internetworking.

Adams brings 20 years of strategic operations and
financial experience in the high technology sector.
Prior to GeoTrust, he was chief financial officer

where he led a successful $1 billion follow-on equity
offering as well as spearheaded the sale of Digex
to WorldComm. Before Digex, Adams was vice president
of business operations at GTE Internetworking, where
he developed an executive management system to oversee
the operating results of the various GTE Internetworking
business units.
