Timothy M. Adams Joins as Chief Financial Officer and Kae P. Kronthaler-Williams Joins as Vice President of Marketing

Adams, former Chief Financial Officer at Digex, Inc. and Kae P. Kronthaler-Williams, former Vice President of Marketing at Corporate Software have joined the company. Both Tim and Kae bring extensive expertise to GeoTrust's executive team.

Tim brings 20 years of financial, operations, and strategic experience in the high technology and communications sectors. Prior to GeoTrust, Tim was Chief Financial Officer at Digex, a market leader in managed web hosting services, where he led a successful $1 billion follow-on equity offering as well as spearheading the sale of Digex to WorldCom. Before Digex, Tim was Vice President of Business Operations at GTE Internetworking where he developed an executive management system to oversee the operating results of seven business units and was instrumental in completing the acquisition of Genuity.

Prior to Corporate Software, Kae held various marketing positions at Lotus Development and NYNEX.
